Our first liveblog of Mobile World Congress 2016 comes from the venerable Alcatel. This is the company that surprised us a year ago with the more-than-capable (and very affordable) Idol 3 Android smartphone.
Is an update in order a year later? Might Alcatel have something different up its sleeve for this this year in Barcelona? Only one way to find out.
