The sleep tracking helps record data based on tracking light, how much you sleep, REM deep sleep stages, and more. It's water resistant and has a PMOLED display. Use workout apps to help coach you through different sports and keep track of things like recovery time. One charge of the watch will last up to 21 days based on how you use it.
