HTC today has put yet another of its system apps onto the Google Play Store. This time it's the weather app, and all this really means is that it'll be able to update the app as it sees fit, without having to wait for a full maintenance release — and thus having to deal with the carriers in the process.
So far we've seen it updated on the HTC One M8 as well as the new Desire EYE. Chances are other HTC devices will be added in short order, so stay tuned.
