Well I finally found an Orthopedic Doctor that could figure out what was wrong with my back and neck. As I thought I was right on some things. I can't go into detail because I have a current case ongoing. Thankful I know what it is and now can go to the right people to treat it. There is no fixing it but treatment can make it manageable.
