Google search results on smartphones will now favor mobile-friendly sites

Google has rolled out a change to search today that will rank mobile-friendly sites higher when searching on mobile devices.

The changes rolling out today are intended to make it easier for mobile search users to land on pages that are much easier to view on smaller screens.
