Realme today introduced two new X-series phones in India, along with a pair of true wireless earbuds.
The Realme X3 SuperZoom, which was launched in Europe last month, comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855+ chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. In the camera department, Realme X3 SuperZoom has a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
The dual hole-punch cutout on the top-left corner of the phone's display includes a 32MP main sensor and an 8MP secondary camera. Realme X3 SuperZoom also features a 4,200mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge and a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button. The phone has been priced at ₹32,999 ($436) for the 12GB/256GB version and ₹27,999 ($370) for the 8GB/128GB version. Realme X3, on the other hand, has been priced at ₹25,999 ($344) for the 8GB/128GB version and ₹24,999 ($330) for the 6GB/128GB version. Both phones will be going on sale in India via Flipkart and Realme.com from June 30 at 12 PM IST. Pre-bookings, however, will be opened at 8 PM today.
The Realme X3 is largely identical to the X3 SuperZoom, but comes with a less impressive camera setup. Instead of the X3 SuperZoom's periscope module, the vanilla X3 has a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. On the front, it uses a 16MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The two phones run Android 10 out of the box with the Realme UI on top.
Realme Buds Q are true wireless earbuds that claim to provide up to 20 hours of battery life on a single charge and support 30W fast charging. Unsurprisingly, however, the Realme Buds Q do not support wireless charging. Realme's latest true wireless earbuds also have a 119ms low-latency gaming mode, large 10mm drivers, and IPX4 water resistance. The earbuds will be available via Amazon and Realme.com from July 1 for ₹1,999 ($26).
