Samsung announces ruggedized Galaxy Tab Active with dust and water resistance

At the IFA in Berlin, Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab Active, a ruggedized 8-inch tablet that can withstand a 1.2-meter fall thanks to its protective coating. Certified IP67, the tablet is dust and water resistant and comes with a tougher version of the S Pen stylus, called the C Pen, that provides an alternate form of input for when you're wearing gloves.
