After some delay, production on “The Big Bang Theory” began on Aug. 8 after contract negotiations have been completed. As previously reported, leads Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki each got a hefty raise amounting to $1 million per episode.
