Last week it was reported that Samsung's mobile chief, J.K. Shin, could be replaced among broader restructuring efforts at the Korean tech giant. Well, it turns out that he will be keeping his job after all, according to a report by Reuters today.
According to a new report by the Wall Street Journal, it looks like Intel may be supplying the processor for the next iteration of Google Glass, which is expected to arrive sometime next year. The move would see Intel's chips replacing the Texas Instruments chips currently used in Google's head-mounted wearable.

Google has posted their "Best Apps of 2014" list this afternoon. The list includes old favorites like Swiftkey keyboard and Link Bubble, as well as some great new apps like Over or Strive. Chances are, you'll agree with many of the apps included and disagree with others — just like every list.
